Understanding our financial policy

We are providers for most major health insurance plans. Should you have a question about your health insurance, please give our Insurance Specialist’s a call at 910.323.1463 and they will be glad to assist you.

You are required to provide a copy of your health insurance card along with your drivers license or government picture I.D. upon registration. Your health insurance plan requires us to collect your copay, deductible or co insurance for your office visit which will be taken at the time of service.

If your health insurance plan requires an authorization for your initial office visit with us, you are responsible for obtaining this PRIOR to your visit. Without prior authorization your health insurance plan will not pay for your office visit and you will be responsible for the complete charge or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

For Worker’s Compensation claims you must provide us with all the appropriate information related to your claim. That would include the name, address and phone number to where the claim should be sent. We do not accept Third Party Liability insurance due to auto accident, etc.

If we are not providers for your health insurance plan you are expected to pay for your visit in full and we will submit your insurance claim for you to get reimbursed. If you do not have health insurance you will need to speak with our Insurance Specialist’s to make any financial arrangements PRIOR to being seen if you can not pay for services in full.

We accept cash, money orders, traveler’s checks, debit cards, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Care Credit and America Express. You may pay your copay/co-insurance online by clicking the top blue button “MAKE A PAYMENT”. There will be a $35 returned check fee for all return items.
