About

Dr. Deidra Blanks

“Like most medical students, I made the decision early on that I wanted to be a surgeon, however I had no idea what type. My third year of medical school I had a two week elective ENT rotation and LOVED it. ENT was everything from big open surgeries, pediatric surgeries and yet somehow allowed you to be a bedside doctor just caring for patients.”

Deidra Blanks, MD, FACS, specializes in Botox treatments, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She also supervises non-surgical aesthetic treatments to suit your needs.

Dr. Blanks is native to Lake Waccamaw, NC who earned her medical degree from East Carolina University. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
